This site is a place where we can host our writing and other odds and ends. Some of it unfinished, unpolished, and strange, as is the natural state of a creative notebook.

Speaking of the writer(s), for clarity's sake, we're a dissociative system who like to collaborate with one another on projects. We have varying interests and tastes, and don't always agree on what to work on. At least we're enjoying ourselves along the way.

As for personal background, which informs what we make: we hail from the Pacific Northwest, specifically British Columbia, Canada. We grew up interested in ideas of transformation, escapism, and fantasy, fascinated by the natural world and places we've never been. An othered, mentally strange child with a penchant for stories and wonder. Identity was always a turbulent thing; unsatisfied, challenged, tucked away and confusing. It was only on the cusp of adult life that we realized there was more than just one of us, and that made just a little more sense. All of that to say you will likely see relevant themes in our work.
